Was my Ohio RITA Form 37 also e-filed at the same time my State of Ohio form was filed? I can see the FORM 37 when I dowloaded my taxes, but no confirmation it was filed

Unfortunately, you cannot e-file your Ohio Rita Form 37 tax return through TurboTax.  You can prepare the form through TurboTax, however, you must print and mail.

The RITA form was not efiled and must be printed and mailed.

If you are using desktop TurboTax, undate your software, delete the form, and go through OHIO again to create a new copy.  The form is currently available.

If you are using Online TurboTax:

  • Clear browser data
  • Sign into TurboTax
  • Click Add a State
  • Tax Tools
  • Tools
  • Delete a form
  • Find RITA 37 and delete it
  • Go through OH return again and then print the RITA form to mail.
