want to change "state" to use. How do i change it from Utah to Ohio?

Turbo tax lists Utah as my free state form. How do I switch it from Utah to Ohio as my free form?

If you have not downloaded the Utah state program, then click on Online and the click on Download State.  You should be able to download the Ohio state program at no charge if you are using the Deluxe desktop edition or higher.
