W2 in error? Taxpayer worked 2 municipalities in (PA), 2 PSD EIT entries on W2 but only 1 Box 16 Total State wages value? Andow to handle @ local level?

Q:  Is W2 in error?

Background

• Taxpayer worked 2 municipalities in (PA), and there are 2 PSD EIT entries on W2, but only 1 Box 16 Total State wages value.  (??)
• Boxes 18-20 for each PSD are correct but the Box 16 and 17 entries are blank for the 2nd PSD.

Should the Box 16 and Box 17 values be split proportionally across the two PSDs to mirror the local wages for each PSD as shown in Boxes 18 - 20?

Is the W2 defective for not proportionally dividing the Total state wages between the lines for PSD 1 and PSD 2?
