Virginia tax filing 2023

What info is pulled into the state tax form for "Income that Virginia doesn't tax".  Does this include the military retirement deduction already?

Taxable Social Security Benefits is automatically deducted from your VA taxable income. The military benefits subtraction for taxpayers 55 or over with military retirement benefits must be entered in the VA "Income" section (Income the VA handled differently).  Start/Update the topic "Military Benefits Subtraction" to enter a subtraction of up to $20,000 ($40,000 for joint filers where both are qualified).

Other subtractions listed on the page "Here's the income VA handles differently" must be entered through the applicable topic listed there.
