Virginia can not file Taxes - Ready Soon

TurboTax is not allowing me to file my Virginia Individual Form 760 Individual Income Tax Return.
TurboTax has continued to say that my Virginia return – will be “Ready Soon” for both the Available to File By Mail, and the Available to E-File options.

I am using the Windows Desktop Version of TurboTax, with the just released 3/23/2023 Program Update.
I have used the option to “E-mail me when these forms are ready” several times.
Since March 16, 2023 and including today I have received an email stating --- The wait is over! The tax forms we needed to finish up your taxes are ready.

Is it just me, or is everyone who wants to file their Virginia taxes having this problem?

So as of today, it is showing "ready soon" despite the email received? Are there any error messages being received? If you are confident that all the forms necessary for your current tax situation are indeed available, I would suggest contacting our phone support team for one-on-one troubleshooting assistance.

You may double check your Virginia forms availability by using this tool. Select your state from the drop down menu.

No Sorry. I did look at the Tool you suggested.

The Tool is not showing me any apparent problems.


I continue to have the problems indicated in my first message above. TurboTax is not allowing me to file my Virginia Individual Form 760 Individual Income Tax Return – either by Printing or via E-file.
