Using TurboTax free edition I am getting Invalid Street Address Error in CreditKarma

While filing taxes it takes me to the CreditKarma site. When setting up the account details it asks for the Street Address and other information, but it always fails saying "There were errors when submitting" and "Invalid Address", while my address is correct. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, re-open TurboTax and go back to the Credit Karma section.

This should resolve your 'errors when submitting' issue.

Here's more info on Signing Up for Credit Karma.

Hi,

I tried doing that and it didn't work. I even used different browers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari and that did not work either. Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks!

See I'm still having trouble updating the address associated with my Credit Karma Money Account in the Credit Karma Help article I received an email saying I requested to update the address on my Credit Karma Money accounts

There's a link in the paragraph through which you can contact Credit Karma's member support.

I have chatted with them and they say something doesn't match with credit buraeu. I have pulled my credit report and all personal info seems fine. I am student so don't have much credit history.

What I wanted to file tax return for some internship earning during summer. Why I need to go thru Credit Karma to file taxes and get refund. Can I do without CreditKarma and file my taxes and get refund.

I see on TurboTax that my efile is accepted so hopefully refund will go thru using my bank info given so no need of Credit Karma account. Please let me know, if this is correct.
