Unable to E-File (Federal and North Carolina)

I am trying to file and I receive the following:

My taxes show no errors, I am a NC resident, I have read that taxes in my state are delayed?  Can anyone assist with this.  It doesn't appear that my federal has filed successfully either.  I have checked for updates and do not find any.  I have paid for the NC State E-File fee.  I am a Turbotax Deluxe Windows 10 user.  Please assist, thanks

you can select to e-file federal now and mail state. then later when forms are ready you can switch state to e-file.

tentative date for NC forms is 2/24https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_nc_online_individual.html

Thank you! this has been driving me crazy since I filed my Federal! Intuit didn't hesitate to take my $20 to file my State but can't figure a way to get that back! If I get screwed out of my $20 I will definitley NOT be using Turbo Tax next year. My daughters boyfriend did his with H&R Block Free online and both returns filed with no issues, so why just Turbo Tax having issues?
