TurboTax won't efile my state return

Turbo Tax isn't allowing me to efile my Minnesota state return.  I have a small business that is an S-corp.  This year we have a pass through entity tax credit on the state level that Turbo Tax doesn't seem to like.  This is what is says during the final review:

The return contains a Pass Through Entity Tax Credit on Schedule M1REF

TurboTax does not support this information to be filed electronically.

I've talked with other business owners in my community with the same credit that use a different software than TurboTax and they have been able to file their 2022 MN returns electronically.

I can still print and mail, but I would rather efile if possible.  Is there something I am missing?

Has your federal return already been e-filed?

I have not e-filed the federal yet.  I was waiting in hopes that the MN state return could be e-filed as well.  If it can't, I will e-file federal and print and mail the state.

The federal and state tax returns have to be e-filed at the same time.  Or the federal tax return can be e-filed and after it has been accepted by the IRS then the state return can be e-filed.

If the federal return is not e-filed the state tax return can only be printed and mailed.

Experiencing the same problem in TurboTax 2023 -- Did the suggested resolution work?  Did filing federal electronically first and having it accepted then allow the electronic filing of the MN state tax return?  Or is there another work around to enter the information and allow electronic filing?
