TurboTax is still working on making your return available to file

I completed my taxes though am not able to file due to some missing Vermont forms.  They day they ARE available on the TurboTax website, and I received an email saying they are available. I run the online updates and it says my software is up to date.  But the Vermont forms are still not there and says Ready Soon.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Any other tips on getting the remaining forms so I can get my return filed?

Vermont Individual Forms HI-144, HS-122, IN-111, IN-112

You can efile your Federal return now and file your state later. This will allow you to get your Federal return accepted and in progress for your refund.

 

You can also try deleting your State return by following these steps:

Sign in and open a section of your return

  1. From the menu, select State and then select Continue on the Let's get your state taxes done right screen
  2. On the Status of your state returns screen, select Delete next to your state, then answer Yes

Once you delete the State, clear your cache and cookies before adding your State again.

Thank you.  I think that would have done it.  I worked with Tech Support on the phone and they had me uninstall and then install a new updated installer with the State updates included (which they placed in my online intuit account downloads page) and that worked.  Thank you and thank the phone tech for getting me up and running.
