TurboTax is asking for my state ID number. I live in California and it’s not all my 1099G form. This is for EDD. There is no state tax for EDD in California.

If there are not state taxes withheld in box 11 of the Form 1099-G then leave boxes 10a, 10b and 11 blank.

Agree… But TurboTax is needing this information to move forward for some reason

Delete the Form 1099-G and re-enter the 1099-G for unemployment.  Do not enter anything in boxes 10a, 10b and 11.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen.

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

 

Enter unemployment compensation in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to unemployment compensation
