TurboTax H&B2021 says my state (NM) is dowloaded, but it doesn't start.

I have Turbotax Home and Business 2021. I downloaded my state (New Mexico), and then needed to start over with a second try that went off of my recently-amended 2020 return. When I go to state taxes, it asks me what state, I tell it NM, and it replies that it's already there and up-to-date. But it's not, and keeps looping me back to the start, where I can download for extra $ any other state except NM. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Turbotax H&B, but it still thinks my state is there and up to date, but it isn't. so how do I force it to do my state taxes?

The New Mexico forms for 2021 are not available yet. What you downloaded is just a stub. The forms are currently expected to be available January 20. That date is subject to change.
