Turbotax delux says my REFILED ( 2019 AGI not updated at IRS ) federal return is accepted, but will not refile my state return alone, and doesn't give me an option to either include the federal or send the state alone.

Are you using the Desktop program? There is a recent State Efile error in the Desktop program

Thanks for the link, but like so many others, it didn't work.  Owned an 1800ES.

Then please sign up on that FAQ so they know more people are having problems.
