TurboTax Calculation Error on Form "Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet", line 24. The value reported here does not match IRS "Tax Computation Worksheet"

I am the person who posted this. It turns out that I was wrong and I had a calculation issue and TurboTax was correct. My report on line 24 of this form being wrong was my mistake.
