Turbo tax says i need to fix my Oklahoma state return to reflect capital gains which did not occur there. I live in Texas. How do I fix this?

form 561-NR asks for type of property sold but only choices are Oklahoma.

The checkbox to indicate that your property does not qualify for exclusion of capital gain is on the Oklahoma return. You'll find it after the 'Adjustments to Income'. Your items maybe listed in a summary. Select 'edit' on each one to mark the box. @jmcknight2

There is a checkbox to indicate that it is not Oklahoma capital gain property.

Thanks, Mary. Is this box located on the Oklahoma return or federal?
