Had problem understanding and editing a CO state form and could not contact Turbo tax help until I paid 95$ xtra for live help service. I am dissatisfied w Turbo tax because I did not need live help w my return just better understanding of form used to input CO electric vehicle credit. Turbo tax should have better explanation of eligibility and editing and/or help without paying xtra just to learn about a form I didn’t need in the first place
