Turbo Tax Business 1065 Partnership return. Can not file NYS Filing Fee???

Get Screen says: It looks like this filing is not available.  Please advise.  Do not want to manually print out return.

Many New York State forms are not available to e-file. You might check this list to see if the related form says "unavailable" in the far-right column: New York Partnerships Form Availability.
