TT Does not seem to be recognizing our 2019 or 2020 PA Estimated payments. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Thanks.

You must enter your estimated tax payments manually, in the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section of Deductions and Credits.

The programs has no other means of obtaining that information.

Sorry, this seems not to have been the case. It seems that it had to do with TT asking for a value from line 11 of our 2019 return which screwed everything up. The wife got so frustrated trying to fix this that she deleted our whole return and started a new one with a different account!

Ok, after an hour and half long phone call with Turbo Tax a very nice and helpful woman figured out what the problem was. Seems that the state that my wife works in withheld state taxes for her for one pay period, which they should not have done, which caused this mess with our return. We got it sorted out but had to file a paper return this year but at least we figured out what the problem was.

Thank you so much for your help, I appreciate it.

Best regards,

John
