Trying to adjust California income by moving expense reimbursement included in W-2. Form 540-CA - Line 13?? But no 2019 instructions yet for this yet. The Form does say to attach Federal Form 3903. Any suggestions?

The instructions do not say to attach Federal Form 3903.  

 

I have attached a snapshot of the section directly related to the moving expenses.  If you would like the actual instructions, you can enter your email into the FTB site, and they will email you the instructions.

Make sure you do all of your input in the federal section of the program.  It will pull in to your state return accordingly.
