To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the online menu to connect to our website.

Hi, I'm trying to file my state taxes (PA) but the website keeps telling me to ''Check This Entry''

The ''Check for Updates'' option is nowhere to be found. I already logged out/in, cleared my cache and cookies, tried on a different web browser. I also checked the tax form website for PA and the form is indeed available online. 

What else can I do? I want to get my taxes done ASAP and this website is not helping 🥲.

Thank you for sharing this information. Our team is working to resolve an error message, "Net Cap gain/loss. We're still working on PA Schedule D for returns with greater than 100 capital gain transactions. You'll need to get an update before you file your return in order to ensure that all of the calculations are correct."

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are working to correct this in an update to the state software.

The issue is fixed! I was able to e-file my state tax return
