The State of Kansas amended my return

I e-filed my Kansas return through TurboTax and it was accepted.  In the mail today I got a letter from the state saying they adjusted my original income tax return.  We owe $46 less because of Carry Forward Previous Year.  My question: I set up an automatic withdrawal to pay Kansas through TurboTax. How do I amend the payment to reflect what the State says I owe?  I appreciate the help.

You can't change the amount you set up to pay once you've filed.  One of two things will happen.  Either Kansas will adjust the amount that is drafted from their end, or after the payment is made they will automatically issue you a refund of $46 - probably by mail.  The later is the more likely.
