State of Virginia 2019 Tax Return Form 8814

Form 8814 is a federal form, not a Virginia form. Are you saying that it is part of your federal return as well?

 

Since we in the Community cannot see your tax return (much less change it) nor the screen you are on. all I can do is try to help you delete the form yourself.

 

If you are an Online user, please do the following:

• Open your tax return in TurboTax
• Click on Tax Tools (on the left)
• Click on Tools (right below it)
• Click on Delete a Form (in the center)
• Do down the list and click on Delete for form 8814

If you are a CD/download user, please do the following:

• Open your tax return in TurboTax
• Click on Forms (on the upper right but on the left as well)
• On the left, scroll down to form 8814
• Click on the form to open it
• Click on the Delete Form button at the bottom of the window

 

Hopefully this will remove not only the form or whatever data that had been entered in TurboTax that triggered the form.
