State of Michigan 1099-G form is missing information

I received a 1099-G from the State of MI for unemployment benefits received in 2020.

It is confusing as to what ID numbers to put in two different fields in TurboTax.

On the screen "Enter your 1099-G info" there is a box for the Federal ID No. Is this number 38-6000134? This number is not listed on the 1099-G form but I found it in a Google search.

https://www.michigan.gov/taxes/0,4676,7-238-75545_43715-369598--,00.html

On the "Enter Any Withholding" screen Box 10b - State ID Number. Is this 38-2538297? This number is on the 1099-G form under Payer's TIN.

So is 38-6000134 correct for the Federal ID.  And is 38-2538297 correct for the State ID?

Thank you,

Use the Payer's TIN that was listed on your Form 1099-G as both the Federal ID and the state ID number.

If you did not have any state taxes withheld, then leave boxes 10a, 10b, and 11 blank.

Thank you so much!!  This was very confusing.  Not sure why the State of MI didn't include the proper and clear information on the form in the first place.
