Spouse's Job Location Closed And Moved To Another State But Allows Her To Work Remotely

My spouse's physical location shut down their office in Georgia and moved to Tennessee. She and her coworkers kept their employment and work 100% from home now. Add on top of this that we moved mid-year to West Virginia where she still works remotely in the job she had in Georgia.

How does this need to be filed? Does she need to file Tennessee, Georgia and West Virginia state taxes?

Thanks

Most states including Georgia, Tennessee and West Virginia allow you to report the income from remote work in the state where you actually performed the work, so you will report the tax to her resident state.  If you moved in 2020 from Georgia to West Virginia, you will have to file Part-Year resident return for those states and report the income from where she worked.
