Should I show any California Amount of ordinary dividends in CA State Tax Return as a non-resident who commuted 117 days to CA from my residence in Texas?

No - If you are filing a nonresident CA state income tax return, only allocate any CA sourced income to this CA nonresident state income tax return. Your ordinary dividend income would not need to be allocated as CA-sourced income.
