Should I file 3 different set of Form 843 and Form 8316 for 3 employers who withheld my FICA taxes during employment?

I am international student(F1 Visa) worked for 3 employers during my CPT and OPT and all the 3 have withheld FICA taxes during the employment time. I would like to claim those this year. I get information regarding filing for one employer but in my case I have 3 employers. Should I send all 3 different set (Form 843 and Form 8316) in one file to IRS or send 3 different set separately to IRS.

Please assist!

You first have to try and get the refund from the employer whom withheld FICA in error before going to the IRS.  Generally it should be one claim covering all the employers ( if one or more refuse to give you the refund ).

When did you enter the country on F-1 ?

I asked the employer and all of them refused to provide the refund. The Form 843 has EIN number to be entered and which one shall I enter if there are 3 employers (In my case). Yes I entered in F-1 and still on F-1.
