RI requires single member LLCs to file a RI 1065 (partnership) but software ask for multiple memebers. Do I include myself and the company?

No. As per the 2024 RI-1065 instructions here, there is a new sole proprietor check box as an entity type when filing as a sole proprietor that has a pass-through entity. Checking that box should allow you to bypass adding more than one taxpayer.

@LenaH

The OP asking about filing a Rhode Island 1065, not a federal 1065.

Rhode Island, apparently, requires even single-member LLCs to file an RI-1065 but it's only for the minimum tax, as far as I know, and TurboTax doesn't support the form, anyway.

Thank you @M-MTax. I will edit my answer.

@andregill What TurboTax program are you using to complete this return? I don't see it being available as a state form on individual programs. I also only see a C corp or a S corp program for Rhode Island in TurboTax Business Desktop, but only see the Schedule CR-PT, Other RI Credits for RI-1065 being available.
