Requiring a date even though No Multistate Service Provider is necessary.

Arizona State taxes error review keeps saying that I need to enter a start and end date on the MSP form (Multistate Service Provider), but we do not provide services out of the state so this form should not be necessary.  I don't know how to get around it.  I went back and made sure that I said NO WE DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS OUTSIDE OF AZ.

Is it just me or is the AZ portion of Turbo Tax horrible this year????

You are right.  It's a mess

I have S corp wholly within AZ, but it insists on attaching MSP form and requesting Form 349 and a NONAPPORTIONABLE DESCRIPTION when non of this is required.  CAn;t get past the DESCRIPTION piece.  Not sure what to do

It is doing the same thing for me. I am filing AZ 120, have not elected MSP in the past, selected "no" this year and the error check brings up the form and is asking for dates. There is definitely a problem.

After spending 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Turbo Tax support they offered no help and eventually just hung up on me.  I did make some headway with MSP stuff, by going to "File" and deleting teh state return and reentering it.  It still requests an attachment 120S Non-apportionable income description which I have been unable to find, so are stuck and unable to complete my state return

I had the same issue; I looked at the preview of my forms, which were correct, so when it asked for the upload of the explanatory form, I just wrote up an explanation and uploaded that to attach to the return.  I haven't filed yet, but this seems to be an effective work around.

By deleting my state return and reentering it doesn't include the msp form anymore. You need to do this because of a software update. There are other issues with az form 349 and msp issues requiring other forms

Hi everybody. I just called Turbo Tax and was able to get rid of the form. If you go to the Forms view, click on the MSP form. There is a button at the bottom of the screen that says "Delete Form." Click that and you are good to go. I didn't even see that button there. Still not sure why the form keeps populating, but this allowed me to remove it and the error. Yay.
