Received a 1099-OID for the interest earned on the  U S TREAS NT STRIPPED PRIN PMT 0.00000% bonds. Are these earnings taxable in NJ state?

Received a 1099-OID and I see amount in Original Issue Discount on U.S. Treasury Obligations field. Is this earned interest on U S TREAS NT STRIPPED PRIN PMT 0.00000% bond taxable in NJ state?

Interest from corporate bonds and U.S. Treasury bonds is taxable at the federal level. Interest on U.S. Treasuries are exempt from state and local income taxes.
