Problems populating non-resident forms for NY and Mississippi

Federal and Resident State forms are complete and error free.   I then downloaded the two states where I have real estate losses and like to file for future record.   No other income is pertinent to those states.     For NY even my address didn't transfer!     For Mississippi a mess of income transferred but not the equivalent of Schedule E.     What's the right way to approach this?

It is best to prepare your non-resident state returns before you prepare your resident state return.  I would delete all state returns and then add the and complete the non-resident states one at a time.  Once you have finished the non-resident returns start and complete your resident state return.
