Permanent resident of NYS on vacation in India during Feb and March. Propose to send 1040 return through FedEx from India. To which IRS address should I send the return?

I am a permanent resident of NY state and am required to send 1040 return to Kansas City.  I shall be on vacation in India during Feb and March 2019 and propose to send the return from India through FedEx in the third week of March 2019.  To which IRS address should I send my return.
