Pennsylvania inheritance tax

My parent, a resident of Arizona, passed away in 2020.  There was a POD bank account of approximately $75,000.  I am a surviving child and live in Pennsylvania.  (1) Is the POD bank account taxable in Pennsylvania?  (2) If so, how do you enter this in the TurboTax Pennsylvania software?  (I have both TurboTax Federal and State Deluxe software).  Thank you.

I am not sure if this entirely answers your question, but:

In the case of a nonresident decedent, all real property and tangible personal property located in Pennsylvania at the time of the decedent's death is taxable. Intangible personal property of a nonresident is not taxable.
