PEL number in illinois is 6 digits, the form is showin as an error because i do not have 9 digits

PEL number in illinois is 6 digits, the form is showing as an error because i do not have 9 digits. In order to fill my taxes electronically, I need to correct an error that is not an error on my part.

I recall seeing a couple of other users who ended up putting zeros in front of the numbers and it worked--try it.
