Part year CA state tax error with "date of move"

My husband is a full year resident of CA(he moved in 2018) while I only moved to CA in Oct 2020.

I followed the instruction with our CA tax return and assume we are filing jointed in CA as it didn't give me an option to file separately.

I am able to proceed with the tax return as it kept giving me follow error:

Sch CA (540NR): Spouse - During the tax year I became a California resident - Date of move must be the current year, 2020.  And its complaining about the 2018 date i provided for when my husband moved to CA.

How can i fix this error?

For the California part-year return with spouses that have different dates of residency, you will enter 1/1/20 to indicate that he was in fact a full-year resident all year on the Part Year resident return.  Residency is significant because it determines what income is taxed by California.
