pa state tax on dividends and cpital gains from a 1099 consolidated form?

i'm looking to see if the state of pa. taxes dividends and capital gains from a 2021 1099 consolidated  from. these dividends and capital gains were not distributed to me  as cash for 2021 but is left in the porfolio for futire use.....kozlo52

Yes, Pennsylvania taxes dividends and capital gains.

 

Additionally, you should know that even if you leave your dividends and capital gains in the account to be re-invested that that is still money you made.  Re-investing the money is just how you spent it.
