PA Schedule NW not included in 2020 filing

I have a Limited Partnership (Income Property) registered in the State of PA.  For the past five years TurboTax for Business has always calculated my PA tax payment via PA Schedule NW.  This year it does not and tells me I don't owe any taxes to the State of PA.  I've compared page by page my filings from last year and the only differences are minor income and expenses so I know I still owe taxes.  No other changes to partnerships or business operations.   On form "Sch K-1 Wks" the field "Exempt from Withholding" is checked but looking back at my records for the past five years that field has always been checked and TurboTax produced Schedule NW with the proper State tax due.  Any help would be appreciated.

PA Taxes show as “No payment is required with your Pennsylvania Form PA20S/PA65.”  If you had income taxes are due to the State of PA.

  1. Click the “Forms” tab on the top right of the screen in Turbotax for Business
  2. Scroll down to “Pennsylvania Partnership” “Form PA-65 p1-2”
  3. Scroll down to Section V, line 14b right click and Choose “Data Source”
  4. Click on “Schedule NW Reconciliation Payment”  This will open up PA Schedule NW Form
  5. Copy the amount on line J1 to Line A
  6. (NOTE:  If you right click Line A you will receive the message, “There is no help content for this context.”  Leading me to believe there is an error in the program.)
  7. Click the “Step By Step” tab on the top right of the screen to resume filing.
