PA Form 531 help

I feel like I filled the form out incorrectly and I'm hoping someone here can help?

a) I listed the wages from box 16 on my W-2 on line 1. My total wages (box 1 of W-2) was split between MD and PA because I moved from MD to PA in April 2020. Should I be listing my total wages instead since I have to list my gross earnings in Section A of Form 531?

b) I'm assuming if I have no idea what EBE is, it doesn't apply?

c) I have an employer sponsored HSA which I had distributions for that were listed on my federal taxes for legit medical purchases. Should I include this on line 4?

d) I know lines 6, 7, 8, and 9 don't apply to me.  My W-2s do not show any local income taxes withheld, and I did not make any quarterly payments, so I left those blank. I did pay MD taxes but only for the part of the year I lived there. Everything else went to PA, so I am assuming line 15 should be blank because there was no overlap between PA and MD taxes?

e) Do I have fill out another form ' Part-Year Resident/Income Proration Worksheet' and include that in my filing?

Thanks for any help!

Form 530 is a local earned income tax return.

You are only subject to EIT for the period you lived within the taxing EIT area. Line 1 is your Pennsylvania wages (I'm assuming you only lived in one place in PA).

I don't know about your HSA distribution. If you used the amount 100% for medical, it should not taxable on your federal return.

Line 2 is allowable employee business expenses (EBE). This is the amount (if any) that you deducted are ordinary and necessary business expenses on your PA income tax return, Schedule UE.

Line 15 should be blank.
