Oregonel source income and adjustments

I am on the page that asks about oregon source income and adjustments. We are non-resident live in Washington. My husband works in Oregon and received Paid FMLA for a surgery he had. This was filed in the federal return. Does it have to be included on the Oregon source income and adjustments page as well under the unemployment column

Yes, Paid Family Leave to an Oregon nonresident received in connection with services performed in Oregon should be reported as taxable income in Oregon.
