To enter a foreign address for an employer, please follow these steps:

  1. On the W-2 entry screen, beneath box c - Employer Name, there is a box, Address type.
  2. Click on the arrow to access the list and select Foreign address[Screenshot below.]
  3. You will now be able to enter the City, Province or State, Foreign Postal Code and Country for your employer.

I’m having a similar scenario where I can’t change the address for my former employee Lush. I am ready to file my taxes but turbo tax is prompting me to change the information and I can no longer change the information on the app.

Is it because TurboTax thought you were finished, so your return is closed?   If so, here's how to open the interview back up:

Log into TurboTax and at the Tax Home screen find a link that says "Add a State."   Or it may be in a section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."   In any case, click on "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but will open the return interview back up.    That's how it works in Online TurboTax, so I assume the mobile app will be similar.  I don't have the mobile app.
