On form 1099 R box 15 it won't give Washington state as a choice, it put Wisconsin and won't let me delete it. How can I select Washington?

If box 14 of the 1099-R is 0 or blank (and it should be if you live in WA), then leave boxes 14-19 blank at the W-2 screen in TurboTax. The numbers don't affect your tax return.
