NYS 2018 Amended Return Efile fails at transmission

Tried to transmit multiple time the my NYS 2018 IT-102-X get

Your Transmission Didn't Go Through

says Validation failed Fed and state agencies are not accepting return etc.

but NYS tax department says they are as of 12 of February.

How do I get this but resolved.

There may be forms in your return that are not available or do not qualify for e-file. You can check this in the Review section of your return.

If it says unsupported next to the form, it will have to be mailed in.

I have verified all my NY forms are marked E-file available.

So this is not the issue, but thanks for the link.

I don't really want to kill a tree so any other suggestions?
