NY state taxes i filed both federL and state federal was accepted and state i dont know if it filed does not say accepted.It says being mailed what do i do

It sounds like the option to mail your return was selected for NY.

 

You can go back to the "File" section of your return

 

There will be 3 steps listed. Go back into the 2nd step and change the option from File by mail to "electronic file."

 

Then proceed to File again and it will allow you to file the NY return electronically.
