NY non-resident return: how to force TT to generate IT-203-F Schedule A and B?

Hello, I need to file NY state taxes as a non-resident. I am using a desktop windows TurboTax Deluxe but struggle to force it to generate IT-203-F Schedule A and B for RSU and bonus.
Is it possible?

Also, should the form IT-203-B include Bonus and RSU in total wages?

Thanks!

If you are using TurboTax Desktop you access the New York State Form IT-203-F Multi-Year Allocation Form by using Forms mode.  To use Forms mode, with your return open:

  • Click on the "Forms" icon in the upper right of your screen.
  • Click on "Open Form", in the upper left of your screen.
  • In the pop-up window, click on the + next to 2024 New York
  • In the list of forms that drops down, scroll down to "IT-203-f", click to hi-light and then click on Open Form
  • You can complete your IT-203-F in the Forms mode.

AS for including Bonus and RSU income, yes you should include them if they are included in box 1 of your W-2, which they should be.

I also am completing IT-203-F as a non-resident.  I have vested RSUs that appear in Box 1 of my w2.   As a result, they pull forward to Schedule A.  However, they are RSU's that I need to allocate across multiple years using Schedule B.  TT will not allow me to allocate using Schedule B.  It forces me to use Schedule A which is not correct.  Also, if I try to use Schedule B, TT only recognizes the result as a Capital Gain which is also not correct.  Please advise.

The so called "expert" is wrong. Please use source from my link in below reply and I am planning to ask refund from TT. TT is buggy and so is DavidD66 the so called "expert".

Please look here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/discussion/what-does-the-form-203-f-mean/00/1404869/page/3

1.) The bug is well established and has not been fixed. Even I did what is recommended on above link by "nosadciw" to get around your buggy TT directing me consistently to schedule A rather than schedule B

2.) Secondly, I printed out the tax return and added a cover letter to state of NY. Stating that your buggy software was incompetent to let me file my NY NR return electronically.

I think you should atleast give 50% or more refund to people filing state of NY NR on 203F and 203B. Because;

    - 203B was not even generated for me.

THIS IS SUPER FRUSTRATING AND EXHAUSTING AS WELL AS MAKING US PAY FOR GAS (OR CHARGE on EV CAR) AND POSTAL SERVICES + TIME!!
