Not understanding what it wants me to send to Florida.

Florida does not have an individual income tax; there is nothing you need to mail to the state.

Try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608

If you are unable to delete the Florida return, you can simply ignore it - do not print and mail the return since it is only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental real estate who have assets to report.
