Not auto-filling by TurboTax for direct deposit in NYC-208 form, and hence, no refund received

I just realized that NYC-208 form (Claim for New York City Enhanced Real Property Tax Credit) does not include direct deposit information automatically. Therefore, I missed refunds from this form. How to solve this problem?

If you have already filed your return, then New York City will mail you a refund check to the mailing address on your claim.
