NJ How Many Eligible College Dependents question - the whole year?

For this question, it asks for dependents under age 22.  My child turned 22 in February of 2022.  Do they have to be 22 for the entire year in order to qualify?

If your child turned 22 during the tax year the your child is 22 for the year.
