NJ form NJ-1040 p2 ln 38b iis not blank Turbo insists should be blank What do I do? i

38 b must be empty if you do not check the box "homeowner" . If you are a homeowner, check the box and your problem will go away.

No it does not

I'm unable to select the radio button next to home owner to make this problem go away. Am I missing something? 

@vijay_tax1  You must select that you are a homeowner while going through the program.

5. The NJ program asks if you are eligible for the property tax deduction or credit.
6. Select yes.
7. Next page, select homeowner
