New York Tax return, error message when compare Form IT-203, line 1, NYS wages to form IT-360.1, line 1, col B, NYC wages. NYS is net pre-tax 401k and NYC based gross PR

I moved from Boston to Brooklyn on 9/1/2023. My W-2 form have both box 16 NYS wages and box 18 Local wages, NYC. Since the NYS and NYC wages are calculated difference, and it caused an error when I did a final review of the tax return. Please advise
