New Jersey state tax question

Hi all,

I'm self employed. I worked in New York during 2022 and moved at some point halfway through the year to New Jersey. I sent estimates both to New York and to New Jersey every quarter.

In the New Jersey state questions I'm getting:
"You reported $X of business or farm income on your federal return. To adjust this income to conform to New Jersey tax law, enter the following additions"

I need to fill in "Amount deducted for taxes based on income". Do I fill in the overall estimates? Overall estimates for new jersey? or actual taxes paid? (which I suppose would be $0 since everything I sent was just estimates). I'm not sure what the intent behind this question. I would be grateful for any help on how to fill in this question.

Many thanks

The progam is asking for income taxes that were subtracted from your business receipts to arrive at your taxable business income as listed on your fedederal tax return. Your estimated taxes would not apply here, so you probably don't have any income taxes to add to your business income.
