Yes, in fact you should receive an email from TurboTax when the update is complete.

Come back the 8th..but check the WI list again (link below) in case it changes....besides, you may get a few more tax forms in the mail by then that you "forgot" you were getting.

A Schedule I  isn't a part of the software for WI yet.....WI changed it and had it issued in late January, but the TTX software has to be adjusted to integrate the changes and tested to include it to work properly with everything else..

I had this issue yesterday, we tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling. The customer was already using Google Chrome, but when she tried to finalize, it kept kicking her back to the Schedule A section and would not let her finish. It read that that section was waiting on an update and she could be emailed when it did if she liked. She wanted to get her taxes done now, and since it screen read the update would be completed by 1/31/2020, she didn't want to wait anymore.

She had TT Home & Business on her computer, she had purchased from Wal-mart she said and was sent the authorization code and access link via email. She purchased this in January of 2020.

In reaching out to Agent Assist, she had me trouble shoot some as well, to no avail. The tier two rep, created an order and with a new download and code, we used that one for the customer. Boom! The customer was finally able to complete her taxes.
