My school district is not on my W-2 form. Does that mean I am no longer living in the district even if I have not moved?

It means your employer did not withhold any tax for your school district.   It does not mean you are not subject to paying tax for the school district.  You may be able to prepare the school district return within your state return, or you might have to get the forms from the school district or its website.

A. No.  It may mean something else, most likely that that your employer made a mistake either this year or last year. You may need to contact them for the answer.

For more specific advise you need to explain what's going on. What state and school district do you live in? When you say "My school district is not on my W-2 form" does that mean there is no entry in boxes 18-20 or something else.
